- The product is returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided
- The item is not damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned unless defective or incorrectly supplied:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Special-order automotive parts or accessories
- Installed, used, altered, or damaged items
- Clearance or sale items (unless required by law)
3. Fitment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility, measurements, and product fitment before placing an order. ProTrim Automotive is not responsible for returns resulting from incorrect product selection unless the product supplied differs from the order placed.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact ProTrim Automotive within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund.
5. Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund. If approved:
